I bought a tire from this shop, drove maybe ten miles, and it started going flat like it was trying to abandon my vehicle. I managed to roll into a NAPA AutoCare, where the mechanic took one look and immediately asked who mounted it — which is never a comforting question when you’re standing next to a tire that’s supposed to keep your car upright. He was genuinely shocked to see it wasn’t even seated on the rim correctly. They added air, it made a loud pop as it finally snapped into place, and I said a prayer before driving straight to Whit’s to buy two actual, roadworthy tires. By some miracle, I made it home safely. When I returned the defective tire to the original shop, I was met with a level of unprofessionalism that honestly explained everything. The workers acted distracted, jittery, and completely uninterested in the fact that their mistake could’ve put me in a ditch. After enough arguing to qualify as a cardio workout, I finally got my refund and they got their tire back — hopefully to reflect on the concept of “basic competence.” If you value your safety, your money, or your ability to drive more than ten miles without a roadside emergency, avoid this place entirely. T

Let me tell you about this first. I scheduled a front end alignment for 9:00 and I got there about 8:30. I waited for 30 minutes and the guy finally came to my vehicle to tell me that his help didn't come in that day.I mean he could have took my phone number and called me but he didn't. Now the worst of it is I've got a tire from him and a week later I had a blowout. When I came back in and told him about it he asked for receipt. I told him he didn't give me one. He said we have to have a receipt. I told him every detail of the day I bought the tire. He said I've got signs up everywhere that says you've got to have a receipt. Well he didn't give me one. He doesn't stand by his product. Don't go there

I’m a home health nurse who drives an average of 5-8 hours a day for work. I stopped by here on my lunch break one day and asked for a good, used tire until payday when I planned to purchase a new set. I should have known this would end poorly that moment, but I stupidly thought “how can a TIRE shop screw up a single TIRE change, right?” Well. The technician was disgustingly rude and went out of his way to make sure his face told me how much he hated me being there. I was still kind and pleasant because maybe he was having a bad day. He never reciprocated my kindness. Which is fine, whatever, but at least be, I don’t know, respectful? Anyway, I get my tire, pay 50 bucks and head to my next patient. The whole drive there, my car is shaking 🫨 BAD. Ugh. I go back to the tire shop that afternoon and told the manager my car was shaking and it wasn’t doing that before. He looks over my car for 2 seconds and tells me my problem is I need 2 more tires on the back. I didn’t doubt this because this is a TIRE SHOP and surely this dude is being honest. I spend another 90 bucks, he mounts 2 more tires, and I skeet on outta there to my next patient in the Pinson area. Car still shaking all over

I work in Oneonta and so this is the only tire shop I know. On 4/3 I was on lunch and got in my car to get my tire service. Upon arrival there was already a customer, so I proceed to wait, when he finished with the first customer nationally I thought I was next, no the worker came out the garage with a stack of tires and he started placing the stack on the side of the store without even acknowledging me. I have purchased service from that store in the pass but never again. But he could of least had the courage to tell me to my face "we don't serve you kind". Thank God for Wal-Mart

I don't typically write reviews. They really do have fair prices and amazing customer service. If the don't have something that will work for you they will give you a time frame (probably less than 24 hours). I had an appointment with another location. They didn't have the tire in stock when I got there. They tried to sell me a tire that was more expensive and not the type of tire I wanted. I spoke to two other locations and. The first charged far too much for added fees and their selection was limited. The other company (nearly 40 miles from me but I have used their company for foe over 20 years) didn't have time to help me. They sent me to their website with vast price ranges (some tires nearly $700 each). Thank you, Oneonta Tire Center. I'm am happy with my purchase and most of all, my entire experience from that first call to how fast you completed the work.
